Lisa brings an extensive 13-year background in securities operations and client service to the firm. Her deep operational expertise focuses on streamlining processes, managing risk, and coordinating workflows from client interactions – all while ensuring client service excellence across the firm.
Having grown up in Arizona, Lisa graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. degree in finance, and dual minor in international business and French. After graduating, she joined the Operations division of Goldman Sachs in Salt Lake City, Utah. In her early years at Goldman, she focused on corporate actions processing, account reconciliation, and process optimization. After leading a functional migration to Warsaw, Poland, Lisa pivoted into institutional client service where she helped oversee a team of client service representatives in query management and service excellence with primary responsibility serving a select number of multi-billion-dollar hedge funds.
Outside of work, Lisa and her husband Bryant are busy chasing their two little ones. In her free time, she loves a high-energy spin class, exploring local nature trails with the kids, and hosting family get-togethers with her Portland-based siblings.
