You will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing client relationships by ensuring smooth operational processes and providing personalized support to our team and our clients. Your Role
Sitting within our Client Service team, the Client Operations Associate is primarily accountable for
partnering with our Family Wealth Advisors to coordinate the effective and efficient execution of all workstreams and tasks that flow from all client interactions. You are empowered to ensure that we deliver the outcomes and experience that our clients have come to expect from our team with timeliness and excellence. You will also coordinate pre-meeting preparation, post-meeting action items and work to address client issues as they arise. This role is integral to the long-term success of our company. Here is a more detailed breakdown of responsibilities:

Provide primary operational and secondary administrative support to Family Wealth Advisors in their daily practice needs and the company’s long-term strategic plan

Assist in preparing Family Wealth Advisors for client meetings and work closely with them to ensure the timely and full resolution of all post-meeting workflows

Anticipate and proactively resolve challenges on behalf of clients to assure client retention and support business growth. Getting-to-resolution on all client requests and deliverables is an important aspect of this role

Address all client needs which can range from new client onboarding and money movement to complex estate and tax planning in which you will be intimately involved in the coordination, path forward, and resolution of related workflows

Serve as the main point of contact for all operational and tactical service matters

Ensure client data is maintained across all systems including at the custodian, the Panoramic Capital Partners client portal, and the Salesforce CRM complete with meticulous client notes and ongoing action items

Provide support and respond to task requests from team members in a timely and accurate manner. Follow up to ensure completion

Execute other projects and tasks as they arise. As a growing business, this role will have direct exposure to the full breadth of the wealth advisory spectrum with the opportunity to grow with the firm

You can demonstrate strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce is a plus

You highly value the team culture that is developed by time shared together. This is an exclusively in-office role for the initial 6-month period. Thereafter, a hybrid arrangement can be considered with a baseline expectation of being in-office each Tuesday-Thursday at a minimum. Compensation

The Client Operations Associate is a non-exempt, full-time role

Compensation will be simple, incentivizing and competitive. It will be based on industry standards and work experience

The Client Operations Associate role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus
-

The Hiring Process

Screening Phone Interview: a 60-minute video call with two members of our team to provide an opportunity for us to get to know each other, hear your story, and help you determine if Panoramic is a good fit for you

In-depth Interviews: three 60-minute, in-person interviews where you will meet the rest of the team and go in-depth on your experience, skill-set, and career objectives

Reference Check: you will arrange personal reference calls with prior peers and/or managers of our choosing

Fit Assessments: you will complete fit assessments as the last step which is used as a confirmation of the interview process and what we have covered
